# The app does not open. What should I do?

Are you encountering a problem at the moment of connection? The app crashes or does not work? Follow these steps to force close the app.

**On Android:**
* Open settings (the gear-shaped icon).
* Access the "**apps**" or "**Applications**" section.
* Select the mX app from the list.
* Tap the “**Force stop**” button.
* Finally, confirm the action.

**On iOS:** 
Unlike Android, the iOS system automatically manages the closing of apps to free up resources. There is no "Force stop" button like on Android. Here is how to close the app manually:
* Open the app switcher: Swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen toward the center, then pause briefly in the middle of the screen until you see all open app windows.
* Find the targeted app: Swipe the windows to the right or left to locate the app you want to close.
* Close the app: Once the app window is found, swipe this window upwards and off the screen.

**And if it still doesn't work?**
