How to launch a mX (audio mix)?

The mX is the key feature of majelanX that aggregates and broadcasts audio content from a specific channel.

What is the mX?

Uniqueness: For each partner channel (Le Figaro, L'Équipe, etc.), a single audio mX is offered, regardless of the quantity of content available.
Playback order: The mX launches respecting a strict chronological order, based on the media publication date. You are always presented with the latest published content first.

How to start listening to the mX? You have three simple methods to launch a channel's Mix:

Via the detailed channel page: Click on the desired channel thumbnail in the "Channels" tab. Once you are on its description page, press the "Start the mX" button directly.
Via the "Play" button: A play button appears to the right of each article. Clicking it immediately starts playback.
From specific content: It is also possible to launch the mX directly from the playback page of any article or media belonging to the concerned channel.

If this button does not work, what can I do? If you encounter difficulties starting a channel's audio mX, please follow the steps below. These actions resolve the majority of technical problems.

Verify that your mobile data connection is activated.
Check for app updates: Make sure your majelanX app is up to date. If it is not the case, go to the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) to install the latest version.
Restart the app: Try to force close the app, then relaunch it. This allows resetting all internal processes and can correct temporary blockages. (See the FAQ "The app does not open. What should I do?" if you need help with this step).
Restart your phone: If the previous steps did not work, restart your phone.

Exact model of your phone (Ex: iPhone 14 Pro).
Version of your system software (Ex: iOS 17.5.1).
Version of the majelanX app you are using.
The precise steps you are following to try to launch the Mix.
